Lindsey Williams

Chief Client Officer, Partner
""

Growing up, Lindsey heard a lot about the stock market as she watched her dad manage his real estate business. At the time, she didn’t know she was destined for the financial world, as her early aspirations were to become either a dentist or a dolphin trainer. She eventually gave up on the dolphin dreams and headed to school to study medicine — but a pivot during college led her to study business and marketing instead.

After college, Lindsey began her career as a client service associate in Portland, getting her Series 7 license before heading off to the bright lights of New York City. She worked in New York as a research analyst for small-cap mutual funds before earning her MBA and heading back to the Pacific Northwest. She joined Vista more than 20 years ago, and today she spends her time ensuring our processes, programs, and platforms are designed to deliver an exceptional experience for clients.

Lindsey earned her bachelor’s in business and marketing from the University of Washington, and her MBA in Investment Management from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. Her insights have been featured in the Portland Business Journal, which named her a Woman of Influence in 2024.

Outside of work, Lindsey serves on the Council of Trustees for the St. Vincent Medical Foundation and was also involved with the Beaverton High School Success Fund for five years. She loves cooking for her family, which includes her husband and daughters, and playing fetch with their Labradoodle, Gracie. She also loves skiing, traveling, and playing tennis, especially when she gets to do those activities with her family.

Something you may not know about Lindsey: She’s great at interior decorating. Her favorite thing is repurposing items she already owns to create cohesive, inviting spaces.
