Senior Client Service Associate
A self-professed numbers nerd, Erika believes she was born to work in finance. But just to be sure, she tested the waters of journalism, marketing, advertising, pharmaceutical sales, and business banking before settling in at Vista, where she manages our customer service team.
Erika is one of Vista’s biggest cheerleaders, and she exemplifies the company’s work-hard, play-hard ethos. Detail-oriented, energetic, and outgoing, Erika loves working with clients and shines when there’s a problem to be solved or an urgent task to complete. She graduated from the University of Oregon, where she earned her B.A. in Journalism.
Erika takes every opportunity to get outdoors, and she’s happiest when she’s running, hiking, skiing, paddleboarding, golfing, or doing anything active with her boys. On the rare slow day, she enjoys reading fiction and soaking in the laid-back aloha spirit of a Hawaiian vacation.
Something you may not know about Erika: She’s a champion Monopoly player and half-marathoner.
