Business Systems Architect
In the mid-2010s, Bria, a New Jersey native, was living in Chicago when she decided to get rid of nearly everything she owned and embark on a transformative journey. After a harrowing cross-country road trip, she ultimately landed in Portland.
Today, Bria calls Portland home, where she shares her life with her partner, two kids, Mini Australian Shepherd, Whippet, and Snowshoe cat. She’s embraced the city’s outdoor adventures, vibrant food scene, and wonderfully weird vibes, which perfectly complement her passion for technology and innovation.
Bria joined Vista in 2022 after working for larger financial firms for six years. As the business systems architect, Bria oversees the selection and implementation of all software and technology, making sure our systems work efficiently for clients and our team. She’s passionate about human-centered technology, and she loves nothing more than finding tools that allow our advisors to deliver a spectacular client experience.
A graduate of DePaul University, Bria holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. She has earned the Power Platform Fundamentals certification from Microsoft and is working towards her Six Sigma Black Belt in IT. She loves working on creative projects while listening to podcasts, spending time with family, and digging into a good book.
Something you may not know about Bria: She’s equally great at carpentry and cooking. On a rainy Portland weekend, you might find her bouncing between her miter saw and stove, where she’ll have something tasty simmering.
