Early life experiences often shape an individual’s life trajectory — and that’s exactly what happened for Ben. His mom instilled in him a strong work ethic and the importance of financial freedom, and those early lessons steered him toward a career helping people find a sense of peace regarding their finances.
Ben graduated from Oregon State Summa Cum Laude with two degrees: Finance with an option in Financial Planning and Business Administration with an option in International Business. He earned the latter option from studying abroad at Vienna University of Economics and Business. Ben immediately launched into a financial career straight out of college, initially working as a commercial banking analyst for Wells Fargo before joining Vista in 2024.
Outside of work, Ben tries to hit the gym as often as he can. He’s naturally competitive and will play any sport. He also enjoys hanging out with friends or watching TV with his cat, Pebbles.
Something you may not know about Ben: He had a deathly peanut allergy when he was younger but outgrew it.
