In practice, this means building a sensible plan tailored to each client, teaming with them to execute it with discipline, and communicate candidly at every turn. This is a process that’s worked well for Vista clients since Michael co-founded the firm fifteen years ago.
Michael knows a bit about teamwork outside the office, as well, having coached each of his four boys’ football, basketball and baseball teams.
