After years in personal banking, it was Vista’s team-oriented culture and commitment to excellence which attracted Kayla to Vista. “It became clear the team at Vista was dedicated to ‘wowing’ its clients; I wanted to be a part of that,” Kayla says. As a Client Service Administrator, her job is to help take care of the daily details which allow clients to focus on other important areas in their lives.
Kayla will tell you the favorite part of her job is knowing she’s exceeded a client’s expectations, whether it’s ordering checks before a client realizes they’re low or proactively sending important tax information to their CPA.
When she’s not delighting clients, Kayla enjoys hiking with friends and seeking out Portland’s best brunch.
