Erika’s positive attitude and attention to detail have made her a valuable addition to the Vista team.  She sharpened her client service skills as a personal banker, where making client interactions more proactive and positive was a daily goal.

What attracted Erika to Vista is the company culture.  “It is the best I’ve witnessed in my career” she’ll tell you. “The atmosphere is fun yet everyone strives to be their best for our clients and each other.”   As a Client Service Administrator, Erika helps ensure Vista’s culture is reflected in the excellent experience she aims to deliver for our clients.

Outside the office, Erika balances her love of Monopoly with camping trips and ski days with her two boys.
