Since helping found Vista in January of 2001, Doug’s drive and energy have impacted every facet of Vista. His work is a testament to what happens when you put a plan into place and stick with it.
As Vista has grown over the years, Doug has led Vista’s efforts to build a company culture that attracts, motivates and retains the very best people in our business. He recently spent the better part of a year researching and writing an internal guide on “The Eight Things That Matter Most” in building and maintaining a thriving company culture.
Doug’s passion for Vista’s culture and its impact on how we take care of clients is contagious. His goal is for Vista to become one of the premier investment advisory firms in the country.
While he works hard to improve every day, Doug realizes the importance of slowing down and appreciating his good fortune.
In his down time, Doug can be found playing basketball and ping pong with his three boys or paddle-boarding on the Willamette.
